Coming up

Lia Rumantscha and Translation House Looren are co-hosts of the Traversadas litteraras workshop at Kulturhaus Helferei in Zürich on 22 March. The writer and translator Alice Grünfelder’s exercises will stimulate creative flow and break down writer’s block, so the participants can get straight down to work on a text they’re afraid of. In the afternoon, Regula Malin and Gianna Olinda Cadonau will talk about publishing strategies for children’s and young adult literature, and about multilingual publishing. Then in the translation workshop, Dumenic Andry and Steven Wyss will be presenting their translation of the children’s book Boule de neige bySabine Dormond (words) and Léonie Pantillon (illustrations).

The workshop is aimed at literary creators with or without publication experience. Sign up to take part by 8 March.
